When you're tired of feeling tired and ready to feel like YOU again...Â
A 3 day experience for the woman who has been running on autopilot, getting all the shit done and taking care of everything... and now you're just ready to actually feel like YOU again...Â
You’ve done everything right.
You studied. Sacrificed. Graduated.
You chose this profession and worked your ass off for it.
And now you show up... for the patients, the clients, the team... every single day.
So why does it feel like… this?
-
You’re exhausted, constantly on edge, or just completely blah
-
You’ve been asking yourself, “Is this what it’s going to be like forever?”
-
You’ve wondered if leaving the profession is the only option (but how would you even do that???)
You’re not imagining it. And you’re DEFINITELY not alone.
Our industries were built on outdated ideals of putting everybody and everything ahead of ourselves, being applauded for how long and hard we work, always putting the clients first... and it's killing us... especially for women.
Burnout isn’t a personal failure.
It doesn't mean you did anything wrong.
It’s a predictable outcome in a system that wasn’t designed to support you as the human behind the career.
And it doesn’t have to stay this way.
Introducing:
 The Most YouÂ
AÂ 3 day experience to truly come back to who you are, what you desire, how you want to feel... and how to start getting there.
A free experience for professional women who want to feel like themselves again... without needing to abandon their career.
What you'll get:Â
This isn’t a mindset reset or another useless "just get a hobby" statement. (Seriously, who's got the energy for a hobby when you're already drained...)
It’s a practical, human-centered (YOU-centered) recalibration... designed by someone who’s lived this reality, not just watched it.
Over 3 days, you’ll explore:
-
What’s really draining you (and why it’s not just about the hours or lack of work/life balance)
-
Why work/life balance is a myth (aka the role of your nervous system in sustaining or destroying your well-being)
-
A framework to truly start feeling like yourself again, whether you stay in your job/industry or go
Inside a space led by a fellow professional (Hi, I'm a veterinarian) who knows how isolating and just plain HARD all of this can feel.
âś…Â 3 days- Day 1 and 2- audios to listen when convenient for you, and Day 3 is a live call with me to bring it all together!
âś… Simple reflection prompts... no journaling marathons required!
âś… Bonus live Q&A to go deeper or get clarity
No bullshit. No pressure. And definitely no cookie cutter treatments that don't actually work for you (not sure about you but they never worked for me!)
We'll be talking real tools, real connection, and real community.
You didn’t sign up for this life, this career, to forget yourself.
But somewhere between the work, the short staffing, the emotional weight, and always taking care of everyone else...
you disconnected from who you are at the deepest level.
This isn’t about fixing you.
It’s about finally reconnecting with you.
“I used to love what I do… but I don’t even feel like myself anymore.”
đź’ś
You’re not broken. You’re just buried and disconnected.
This is where we start digging you out... gently.
Is this just for veterinarians? And women? (Important answer below)
Will I be able to watch replays?
How long will it take each day?
What happens after the experience?
Who am I?
I’m Dr. Jenny (she/her).
Nearly 20 years in the veterinary field - across ER, large animal, small animal, practice ownership, multi unit leadership. I’ve seen it all.
I've felt the burnout. I’ve left jobs. Bought practices. Switched paths.Â
None of it worked until I understood how to break the actual cycle... not just change the people or the environment.
That’s what I teach now.
This experience won’t solve everything overnight.
But it will remind you that you're not the problem... and you're not alone.
And it will give you the beginning of a path forward.
One that actually WILL help you feel more like YOU just in a few days, and feel like you can keep moving (sustainably) towards feeling the MOST you that you may have felt in a long time.Â
There’s space for your career and your humanness to coexist.
Let’s start there.
