The brief version of the terms & conditions

Hey there! We just want to make sure we're all on the same page.

First, by joining any of our programs, you're acknowledging and understanding that our programs are meant for entertainment and education purposes only. Dr. Jenny is a veterinarian and has taken extensive courses and trainings in all things mental health, but she is NOT a mental health professional. Therefore, you need to make sure you're taking care of yourself. Dr. Jenny is not liable for any decisions you make in regards to your health, mental health, career, etc. (You can read this in more official terms here and the official disclaimer here.) Please consult with your doctor or mental health professional if you feel you are a risk to yourself or others. 

Second, we cannot guarantee the results you're going to get in the program. We can teach you everything we know, but you still have to implement it (you have to do your own pushups!). Yes, we are 100% confident that if you do the work, you'll see results. And sometimes those results aren't quite what you expect them to be (often they're way better!). However, if you don't do the work, if you don't show up for yourself, then you won't get results.

For this reason, we don't offer any refunds on our calls, programs, or memberships. If you're ready to do the work, then you WILL see results. But if you're not ready to do the work, then we encourage you to ask yourself what's going on, how you're benefitting from being where you are today. (Even better, schedule a call so we can help you work through it!). And then come join us when you decide you're ready!

(If you're signing up for a retreat, you understand that the investment is also non-refundable unless that retreat is cancelled for any reason by our side, at which time we will refund your money in full.)
